FlexPlay Korea Co., Ltd is an IP business company striving to create added value based on well-known Korean content and celebrity-driven intellectual properties (IP).

We have developed initiatives based on familiar IPs such as “There Are No Bad Dogs in the World”, “Take Care of My Cat”, “SIKGAEKCHON”, “LYAWELL”, “LYANATURE”, and “MOM&TWINS”.

Currently, we are focusing on “LYANATURE”, “MOM&TWINS”, and “LYAWELL”, actively exploring both domestic and international markets through various approaches.

“LYANATURE” and “MOM&TWINS” are skincare brands inspired by actress Lee Young Ae’s belief in safe, family-friendly cosmetics. FlexPlay Korea holds the exclusive distribution rights for these brands in Korea and abroad and is gradually expanding our distribution channels with care and consideration.

“LYAWELL” offers products made from natural ingredients, including enzyme supplements, soy milk, and multi-grain flakes. Its flagship enzyme product continues to see strong and steady sales in Korea.
Notably, it has been awarded the No.1 prize in the “Brand of the Year” Awards (Enzyme Food Category) for four consecutive years, reflecting the product’s consistent quality and high customer satisfaction.
At FlexPlay Korea, we are committed to developing meaningful brand value through Korean IPs and aim to grow into a trusted content-based distribution company for both domestic and global consumers.

Business Description

1.Skincare Business – LYANATURE, MOM&TWINS
In Korea, products are currently sold through the official online store and Naver Smart Store, with plans to gradually expand into broader distribution channels such as H&B stores and general e-commerce platforms.

For overseas markets, sales began on Amazon US in May 2025, and we are preparing to launch on Amazon Japan by July 2025.

We are in the process of establishing B2B export contracts with partners in Taiwan, China (including Hong Kong and Macau), and aim to expand our global footprint further.

Additionally, we are preparing to enter the offline duty-free market through placement at the City Duty Free store in Terminal 1 of Incheon International Airport.

2.Health Food Business – LYAWELL
In the domestic market, the brand continues to perform well through major online sales channels.
To strengthen our global presence, we have recently launched on Qoo10 Japan.

We are currently conducting sample offers and pilot exports to Hong Kong, Vietnam, Canada, Taiwan, and China, and are also in preparation for expansion into the U.S. and European markets.
