Summary

Seoul, 1969.
Sunhee has only one goal: to create the best bakery in the city. She has no interest in friendship, romance, or anything else. Her passion for bread and pastries is unmatched, but she’s hopeless when it comes to dealing with people and emotions. As a result, she gets fired from her job at a bakery. Using all her savings, she impulsively signs a lease for a shabby old shop that’s been vacant for years. But the store is already occupied—by a stubborn and persistent ghost, the former owner, who’s just as strong-willed as Sunhee. The ghost is unhappy that Sunhee has taken over his space and does everything he can to scare her off. After a series of clashes and turf wars, the two reluctantly agree to become business partners.
Can this strange partnership between Sunhee and the ghost succeed?
