Summary
Twenty years after a popular idol “Joseph” disappeared, those who still haven't forgotten Joseph get together. They were sharing their undying feelings for the disappeared boy when a woman approaches. She looks too young to know Joseph, but she says that it's time to face what happened to him. Taking her words as a signal, the novel tumbles into a crime scene in the late ‘90s that horrified the public......
"Holy Boy" is a crime novel that follows a kidnapping incident by four women who had “loved” a K-pop idol in a twisted, perverted way of their own. What will they find in the end? The author, in a wish to make forbidden desire—surely someone has thought of it and soon gave up—come true in the novel, makes up a delicate plot, as if planning a real crime, and thoroughly follows it with detailed characters.
