Summary
As a former sergeant in the Special Warfare Command, I was lucky enough to join the National Intelligence Service thanks to a recommendation from the Special Warfare Command's personnel department. My first mission at the NIS was to monitor the Yalu River Iron Bridge 24 hours a day.
Now, the top floor of a four-story commercial building in Dandong, China, has become my workplace. I just wanted to collect my steady salary as a South Korean civil servant and coast along, but trouble keeps finding me. I wish I could live a quiet life as a civil servant... but it's not easy.
